Process analysis
We simulate the existing process and identify, develop and implement possibilities for process optimization. For that purpose we will first analyze and evaluate your process in situ. Then, carry out simulative remodeling in order to create a high-class base for optimizations.
Our simulation objective is a significant reduction in hot spots, spray consumption and cycle times.
Cast part development
Fields of solidification, cold run areas but also air pockets, shrink hole areas or distortions through shrinkage may be depicted by our software. Factors causing high process costs can already be analyzed and eliminated during the preparation phase
