No matter if it is about the production of molds, deburring tools, prototype parts, pre-serial parts or small batch series of cast parts: We find the perfect solution for you within a short period of time.

Making of molds

In close collaboration with tool-and-die makers we will supervise the mold construction process from the very first swarf throughout the entire construction period. If desired, also worldwide.

Making of deburring tools

As already mentioned with respect to the production of molds we provide industry-safe deburring tools including the automatic disposal of trimming residues, in close collaboration with tool-and-die makers. Here we provide you with a custom-made 3D construction design and the corresponding 2D drawing extraction. Our integrated process chain has the advantage that any modification that might be necessary on your part, from the casting mold to the deburring tool, will be considered.

Manufacturing of prototypes

Manufacturing of prototypes within a very short period of time in various metals and methods requires only your data in a common CAD-format.

Production of pre-series parts (from 1.000–max. of 10.000 units)

Within a very short period of time, after submitting your raw part data, you will hold the finished cast part in your hands.

Thanks to the fact that our suppliers are very close we are able to realize even short-term changes.

Batches of pre-series parts start from 500 (prototyping) and can optionally consist of up to 10.000 cast parts depending on the selected type of steel.

Production of cast parts in small batch series 

In cooperation with external foundries we supply completely deburred or even machined parts. This includes maintenance servicing of your tools.

Additive Manufacturing

Prototypes and small batches can be realized in record time thanks to our additive manufacturing process. We do not only manufacture your component but support you with the component design in order to obtain optimal die casting results.
